Take 15 minutes to find a new 1RM hang power snatch

Metcon (4 Rounds for reps)

4 sets:

2 minute AMRAP:

3 burpees

3 power cleans (95/65)

Rest 2 minutes

Metcon (No Measure)

3 sets:

30 second wall sit with load in the front rack position (sandbag, dumbbell, kettlebell, etc)

30 second rest
