Back Squat

take 15 minutes to establish a 1RM back squat

Love Potion Number 9 (2 Rounds for reps)

9 minute AMRAP:

9 power cleans (95/65)

9 box jumps (24/20)

9 KB Swings (53/35)

Rest 3 minutes, repeat.

Metcon (No Measure)

3 sets:

12 Straight leg lifts with hip raise

Rest 30 seconds


NOTE: I know these are demo’d on a bench in the video, but they will be performed from the floor.
