Metcon (Weight)

Every minute on the minute for 8 minutes:

2 dumbbell cleans + 7 dumbbell thrusters

NOTE: stick to the same weight as last week. I do not personally believe that we are done with dumbbells in this years CrossFit Games open (I hope we are), so we will continue to work these progressions.

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

7 minute AMRAP:

20 calorie row

20 wallballs (20/14)

20 toes to bar

rest 3 minutes, then:

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

7 minute AMRAP:

10 pullups

10 burpees

10 air squats

Metcon (Weight)

3 sets:

25 weighted sit-ups (35/20 dumbbell)

rest 1 minute
