Back Squat

Take 5 minutes to build to 80%

Then E2MOM 6:

10 reps at 80% (2% heavier than last week)

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Every Minute, on the minute, for 20 minutes:

1) 17 wallballs (20/14)

2) 12 burpees

Hold on as long as you can. Each completed minute is worth 1 point.

Metcon (Weight)

3 sets:

30 second Stationary March with double kettlebells (front rack, as heavy as possible)

rest 30 seconds
