Power snatch +2 OHS

Every 2 minutes for 12 minutes:

1 power snatches + 2 OHS at 80% of your 1RM power snatch

Metcon (2 Rounds for reps)

7 minute AMRAP:

15 wallballs (20/14)

10 toes to bar

5 box jumps (24/20)

Rest 3 minutes, then repeat.

Metcon (Weight)

3 sets:

Floor presses x 15 reps (55/35)

Rest 1 minute
