E2MOM 10:

5 at 80%
Then at the 10:00 mark:

Push Press

10 reps at 65% +15-20 pounds

Metcon (7 Rounds for time)

Every 3 minutes, for 21 minutes:

10 box step overs (45/25) (all athletes, 20 inch box or less)

9 burpees

8 walballs (20/14)
