5 minute demo/drill refresher, then:

Every 90 seconds for 8 sets (12 minutes):

3 hang power cleans at 75%

Metcon (Time)

5 rounds for time:

5 push presses (135/95)

10 front squats

200m run

12 minute cap.

Metcon (No Measure)

3 sets:

20 v-ups

Rest 1 minute
