immediately into:

Push Press

E2MOM 6:

8 reps at 75% of your 1RM STRICT PRESS

In teams of two:

30 sandbag cleans over the shoulder (150/100)

60 KB Swings (53/35)

120 wallballs (20/14)

60 KB Swings

30 sandbag cleans over the shoulder

22 minute cap.

This is ONE PERSON WORKING AT A TIME. If the sandbag is too heavy, you may use a lighter medicine ball, or do a traditional power clean with a regular sandbag. You may also do a two-armed dumbbell clean to the shoulder with a heavy dumbbell if none of the previous options work for you.
