E2MOM 10:

1) 10 at 70%

2) 8 at 75%

3) 6 at 80%

4) 4 at 85%

5) 2 at 90%

Metcon (2 Rounds for reps)

2 sets:

7 minute AMRAP:

10 one-armed KB Swings (5 each arm, 53/35)

10 burpees

50 double unders (100 singles)

Rest 3 minutes

Metcon (No Measure)

3 sets:

15 barbell rollouts

NOTE: DO NOT use 10 or 15# plates. Either use metal plates or 25#s.
