3) 6 at 83%

4) 4 at 88-90%

5) 2 at 92%

70 rounds for time:

1 burpee

2 DB Snatches (55/35)

3 wallballs (20/14)

35 minute cap.

If you finish the WOD early and still want to put some more work in, do this:

Every 2 minutes for as long as youd like:

30 second assault bike sprint

Rest 90 seconds

Note how many rounds you did, as well as how many calories you achieved.
