Hang Power Clean

5 minute demo/drill refresher, then:

Every 90 seconds for 8 sets (12 minutes):

1 hang power cleans at 90%

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

12 min. AMRAP:

50 wallballs (20/14)

50 double unders (100 singles)

Metcon (No Measure)

6 sets:

6 reverse grip pullups

Rest 1 minute

*must be unbroken. Use scaling options accordingly.
