10 min skill practice: double unders/Kipping pull-ups/HSPU/handstand walks (choose one and work on it)

 

8 min AMRAP:

ladder up:

push press (115/75)(135/95)

burpees over the bar

1,1 2,2 etc., as high on the ladder as possible in 8 minutes

4 min rest

8 min AMRAP:

20 front rack KB lunges (single KB-53/35)

10 KB Swings

200m run
