Hang Power Clean

5 minute demo/drill refresher, then:

Every 90 seconds for 8 sets (12 minutes):

1 hang power cleans at 95%

Metcon (Time)

For time:

800m run

50 front squats (115/75)

50 shoulder to overhead

50 deadlifts

12 min. Cap.

Metcon (No Measure)

6 sets:

7 unbroken reverse grip pullups (same modification you used last week)
