4 dumbbell Snatches (55/35)

2 burpees

Rest 2 minutes

1 set:

200 ft. KB walk (53/35)(left arm farmer carry, right arm front rack)

Rest 1 minute

200 ft. KB walk (same thing, but switch arms)

LIFTED SUMMER PREP (optional on your own)

50 Russian twists

25 sit-ups
