Then 15 minutes to establish a new 1RM

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

10 minute AMRAP:

12 wallballs (20/14)

12 Dumbbell Snatches (55/35)

14 wallballs

14 DB Snatches

16, 16 etc

As high on the ladder by two’s as possible in 10 minutes.

Metcon (No Measure)

6 sets:

8 unbroken strict pullups (same modifications as last week)
