Power Snatch+OHS

10 minutes of power snatch and overhead squat technique work

12 minutes to establish your heaviest power snatch+overhead squat

please make sure to use good form and technique and only count the reps if they meet the standard (catch the snatch above 90 degrees, move the squat below 90 degrees)

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Demo, warm up and practice on wall balls and box jumps for 5-10 minutes

12 minute AMRAP:

12 box jumps (24/20)

12 wallballs (20/14)

Metcon (No Measure)

4 sets:

20 second right side plank

rest 10 seconds

20 second left side plank

rest 10 seconds
