5 rounds for time:
Partner A: perform 30 KB Swings (53/35)
Partner B: perform 15 overhead squats
Partner A: 400m run
Partner B: 500m row
NOTE: each round, each partner will perform both KB Swings and overhead squats, but one partner will row while one runs. The running and rowing will switch each round, so you’ll be doing an odd number. Both partners working at the same time, one on the bar, one on the KB.
