Deadlift

Every two minutes for 8 minutes:

5 deadlifts at 75-80%

NOTE: new members doing this movement for the first time must focus on light weight and proper mechanics. NO ROUNDED BACKS FOR ANYBODY. If you did this movement with us last week, you may add 10-15 pounds, as long as you form is PERFECT.

Metcon (Time)

For Time:

100 double unders (200 singles)

80 KB Swings (53/35)

60 sit-ups

40 burpees

20 DB Box stepovers (20 inches all)(45/25)

18 minute cap.

Metcon (Weight)

2 sets:

20 floor presses (choose weight)

90 seconds rest
