Partner A:

Bike 20/15 calories

Partners B and C:

AMRAP, one person working at a time:

40 wallballs

40 KB Swings (53/35)

40 double unders (120 singles)

NOTE: This will work in a triangle. Once partner A completes the bike, they will switch with partner B. Once partner B finishes the bike, they will switch with partner C. As many reps as possible. The bike counts for NOTHING.
