5 at 70-75%

Metcon (Time)

For time:

15-30-45

Push presses (115/75)

Deadlifts

Perform a 200m run and 50 double unders after each round (15, 15, 200m 50 du, etc)

13 minute cap.

Metcon (No Measure)

6×7 strict pullups

Rest 90 seconds between sets

NOTE: please use whatever banded modification you used last week in order to perform each set of 7 unbroken. We will be progressing each week.

Please add weight or do strict chest to bar if these are not challenging enough for you.
