Then at the 10:00 mark:

Push Press

1 set of 10 reps at 55%

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Death by

Wallballs (20/14)

Burpees

Every Minute until failure:

Minute one:

1 wallball

1 burpee

Minute two:

2 wallballs

2 burpees

Etc.
No cap.

Cash out

3 sets:

Weighted plank hold

X 30 seconds (choose load)

Rest 30 seconds
