CrossFit Lifted – CrossFit

Note for today’s programming:

DO NOT slow your pace on the first workout just because you will have to do it again 7 minutes later. My intention is for you to put forth your best effort while fresh in the first workout, so you have an accurate time for this benchmark. The second one is just there because you love fitness.

If a class has more people than rowers, group B will start at the 7 minute mark, will time cap at the 17 minute mark, and start their second round of “Jackie” at 24 minutes.

50 thrusters (45/35)

30 pullups

10 min cap.
Your goal on the thrusters and pull-ups should be LARGE sets (preferably unbroken). This should be very fast, ESPECIALLY once you are off the rower.
