DB Snatch Mini-Murph (Time)

For time:

800m run

10 rounds:

5 DB Snatches (55/35)

10 push-ups

15 air squats

800m run

22 minute cap.

If you have access to a weight vest, wear it.

At 27:00:

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

10 minute Ladder:

1 box jumpover (24/20)

1 lunge

2, 2 3, 3 etc.

As high on the ladder as possible in 10 minutes.
