All athletes:

Brief refresher on technique and movement

Every 90 seconds for 5 sets:

5 at 75%

New athletes:

Work with coach during this time to build if you have not achieved a 1RM

Karen (Time)

For Time:
150 Wall-Ball Shots, 20# / 14#
12 minute cap.

Metcon (No Measure)

5 sets:

10 barbell ab wheel rollouts

Please only use 25 pound plates or greater for these. Feel free to use an ab mat for your knees.
