I thought (very briefly) about taking it easy on you guys today, because we just did Murph Monday. Then I remembered that you don’t spend your time and money here for me to “take it easy” on you. YOU COME HERE TO WORK. SO WORK.

30 GHD Sit-ups

15 Deadlifts, 250#

We will be doing weighted situps (45/25) instead of GHD situps. The women’s weight is 175.
