As some of you may have heard, athlete Kevin Ogar suffered a freak accident last weekend at the OC Throwdown. During the competition he severed his spinal cord and currently has no movement below the waist. Kevin is uninsured and has a long road to recovery ahead of him. The CrossFit community has rallied together and raised over $200,000.00 for Kevin. This workout is both to honor and support Kevin. Although Kevin’s accident is truly horrible, the support seen from around the world is a true testament to the power of the CrossFit community.
