*Hold for 2-3 seconds in the receiving position of the split Jerk*
 
Then…
15 Minutes to establish a heavy single Push Press + Split Jerk
 
WOD:
7 minute AMRAP
7 Clusters (95/65#)
7 Medball Sit-ups (20/14#)
Shuttle Run (5-10-15)
