Skill: Turkish Get-Up
 
Strength: 10 minutes to establish a 1RM Turkish Get-Up. You must successfully complete a rep on both arms for the weight to be considered your 1RM. Beginners use this time to practice at a low-moderate weight to focus on mechanics.
