8 rds:

45 seconds of double unders

15 seconds rest

30 seconds of HSPU

30 seconds rest

45 seconds box jump overs (24/20)

15 seconds rest

30 seconds HR push-ups

30 seconds rest

this will be done as one continuous piece, with only the scheduled breaks in between. The goal is max effort/reps on each movement for the largest possible rep score at the end of the workout.
