Every two minutes for ten minutes (5 sets):

Back squat:

6 at 65%

4 at 75%

2 at 85%

2 at 90%

4-6 at 85%

 

10 minute EMOM:

Even: 50 double unders

Odd: 3 man makers (45/25)

 

if you don’t have double unders in your toolbox yet, use 45 seconds of that minute to work on them.

 

8 minute AMRAP:

Ladder by two’s:

Front rack lunges (135/95)

HR Push-ups

(2, 4, 6, 8 etc, as high up the ladder as possible in 8 minutes)
