25 DL (95/65)

rest 4 minutes

6 min AMRAP:

15 weighted sit-ups (25/10)

10 jumping lunges

15 HR Pushups


Im so proud of how hard everyone has worked this week. The 3 Wisemen Tribute was difficult, but you all showed a ton of heart and honored our Veterans properly. Next week you will all have an opportunity to test your max front squat and see all the hard work pay off.
