WOD – 11-12-14 Wednesday

“Athletes Choice”

 

10-15 minutes of skill work, you choose. (Double unders, KB Snatches, HSPU, handstand walks, rope climbs, etc)

 

WOD: 7 rounds:

25 double unders

15 jumping squats

10 shoulder to overhead (95/65)

26 minute cap

 

As we head into the holidays, please hold yourselves accountable. All of you work very hard everyday and achieve amazing things in and out of the gym. Eat a few cheat meals, enjoy yourself, but don’t slack of. Get to the gym and be a positive influence on everyone around you. Stay Lifted.
