10 min of skill/coaching HSPU, getting upside down on the wall (abmat under head required for beginners for safety)
If you are able to get upside down, practice strict HSPU with coach. If you are not able to get upside, continue to drill with coach.
10 min EMOM:
1-2 strict HSPU.
NOTE: if you cannot get upside down proficiently yet, practice 1-2 reps getting into an upside-down support position (locked out elbow, upside down)
Every two minutes, for 14 minutes:
15 KB Swings (53/35)
15 box stepovers (20 inches, all athletes)(53/35-single Kettlebell on the shoulder)
Cashout: 25 burpees for time.
