Every Minute, on the minute, for 10 minutes:

Power clean x 2 reps

Build to your heaviest 2-rep power clean over the course of 10 sets. Dropping the bar between reps IS allowed. Please use proper form.

 

5 Rounds for time:

25 Wallballs (20/14)

5 deadlifts (225/155)

15 minute cap.

 

3 sets:

plank on forearms-60 seconds

rest 30 seconds
