15 minutes to establish 1RM front squat

 

4 minute escalating ladder:

1 wallball

1 burpee

2, 2 etc

rest 2 minutes

3 min AMRAP:

wallballs (20/14)

rest 1 minute

2 minute AMRAP:

burpees

 

Time to test that 1 rep max front squat we’ve been working towards! Lets see some big numbers!
