Skill: 15 minutes of athletes choice (pistol progressions, HSPU, handstand walk)

10 min EMOM:

Minute one: 10-15 shoulder tap (if unable to perform, nose to wall HS hold x 30 seconds)

Minute two: 1-2 rope climbs

 

Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes:

10 KB Swings (53/35)

5 right arm KB Push Press

5 left arm KB Push Press

20 double unders
