Take 12 minutes to build to a heavy hang squat clean

then 6 min EMOM:

2 hang squat cleans at 80% of today’s heaviest.

 

10 min AMRAP:

10 OH Stationary Lunges (95/65)

10 box jump over (24/20)

10 HR Pushups
