Skill: Snatch
Every 90 seconds for 12 minutes perform:
3 Stop Halting Snatch Deadlift + Snatch
 
*The 3 stop halting snatch deadlift will be held for three seconds in each of the following positions: 2″ above the ground, below the knee and mid thigh. Once you finish your hold at mid thigh you will stand, drop the barbell and reset for the snatch. You are free to choose your load for this portion but PERFECT mechanics are the priority. This drill is used to familiarize yourselves with the correct positions in the first half of the snatch.*
