50 KB Swings (53/35)

rest 2 minutes,

For time:

400m run

Take 5 minutes to build to 70-75% of your 1RM push press, then:

every two minutes, for 10 minutes:

3 push presses at 70-75%

 

For time:

400m run

rest 2 minutes

50 KB Swings (53/35)

 

cashout: 1000m row

 

NOTE: Each of these “for time” pieces should be all out sprints. The runs should be as fast as possible, and the KB Swings should be as close to unbroken as possible.
