“Earn your Meal”

35 minute AMRAP:

First 20 minutes:

“Cindy”

5 pull-ups

10 push-ups

15 air squats

with remaining 15 minutes:

5 wallball sit-ups

5 double unders

10, 10, 15, 15 etc.

 

Work your ASS off tomorrow, and don’t forget there is no 6:30 or 7:30pm class tomorrow, we are closed on Thanksgiving, and there is only one 9am class on Black Friday (11-28). Have a great Thanksgiving!!
