The way this workout is performed is exactly like the 12 Days of Christmas song. Follow the movements to the tune of the song… 100m run…2 wall balls, 100m run…3 goblet squats, 2 wall balls, 100m run. REMINDER…There is only one 9am class tomorrow. Come in and work off all those delicious calories you ate up!
