Every 90 seconds for 3 sets

OHS x 3 reps

immediately into

Every 90 seconds for 3 sets

front squat x 2 reps

Immediately into

Every 90 seconds for 3 sets

backsquat x 1 rep

Attempt to increase weight and finish with your heaviest load on the 3rd set of each movement

 

Every minute, on the minute, for 10 minutes:

1-2 deadlifts at 90%

 

For time:

100 wallballs (20/14)*

*5 burpees every time you break

 

Definition of “break”: if the ball hits the ground or if you rest longer than 3 seconds.
