“Dont Drop the Dumbbell” (Brian)

12 min AMRAP:

11 DB snatches (55/35 alternating)

8o ft farmer walk

4 stationary lunges

 

Every time you drop the dumbbell mid-round, perform 5 jumping squats

 

Cashout: 29 thrusters (empty bar)

 

 

Happy Birthday Brian! I SWEAR if you drop that dumbbell from above your knee, I will make you perform 200 burpees on the spot.
