15 minutes to establish a 1RM power clean

 

10 min AMRAP:

Ladder Up:

rope climbs

thrusters (95/65)

(1 rope climb, 1 thruster, 2, 2, 3, 3 etc)

 

endurance:

3 rds:

400m run rest 60 seconds, 400m run rest 2 minutes

 

second 400 should be faster than the first each round, and subsequent rounds should all maintain the pace of the first round.image image

  1. WOD – 5 rds + 18 rope planks

    Endurance – slowest lap – 2:01

    strict press – 5×3 @ 70#
    strict pull up – 5×3 w/ 2 red bands

    So impressed with the 6:30pm class! They all looked like drowned rats after running all those laps in the rain but these athletes never even thought about quitting!
