Front squat cycle: week 4/day 1

Every 2 minutes:

5 at 75%+30 pounds

4 at 80% ^^^

3 at 85%^^^

2 at 90%^^^

10 at 75%+20pounds

5 at 80% +20-25 pounds

 

Last week of the cycle, get ready for some PRs!!

 

WOD:

3 Rds for time:

10 shoulder to overhead (135/95)

20 back squats

30 KB Swings (53/35)

This WOD is similar to part of an Invictus WOD done by the competitors on Saturday. Lets see what you guys are made of! Crush it!
