Push press

Every 90 seconds, complete one of the following sets:

 

5 at 85%

4 at 85-90%

3 at 90%

2 at 90-95%

1 at 95%+

1 at 95%+

rest 2 minutes, then:

Max effort unbroken STRICT PRESS at 50% of 1RM PUSH PRESS*

*attempt to improve from last week

 

This will be the last week of the push press cycle. I’ve been really impressed with everyone’s commitment to this cycle. Looking forward to some big increases.

WOD:

4 rounds for time:

400m run

30 wallballs (20/14)

20 min cap.
