Min 1: 1 legless rope climb (sub with 1 regular rope climb/3 planks)

Min 2: 45 second plank hold (on forearms)

Min 3: 8-10 box jump overs

 

7 min AMRAP:

30 double unders (60 singles)

5 power cleans (185/125)

Cannot express how proud I am of all of the competitors and their performances yesterday. All 4 of them worked their asses off and brought home lots of hardware abe top finishes to show for it. Great work you guys! Your continued success is the fruit of several hours of labor.
