Every 2 minutes, for 10 minutes:

back squat x 5 reps at 80%

then Every 3 minutes, for 6 minutes:

back squat x 3 reps at 85%

 

12 min EMOM:

Minute 1: 10 stationary front rack lunges (95/65)

Minute 2: 8 alt. DB Snatches (55/35)

Minute 3: 6 Push presses+overhead BB hold to 30 second mark (95/65)
