Skills:

7 minutes of double unders

7 minutes of kipping pull-up (banded pull-ups if new to movement

 

6 min AMRAP:

60 wallballs (20/14)

30 weighted box step-overs (20/14)

10 toes to bar

rest two minutes, repeat.

 

Dont forget the raffle is at the end of this week! Get those times up on the board and get into the gym!
