WOD – 8-3-15 Monday

Take 15 Minutes to find a 1RM deadlift *

*Remember, this is TRAINING. If you lose form and your back starts to round, CALL IT. Don’t make a coach call it for you. It’s not worth getting hurt to lift an extra 5 or 10 pounds.

 

Every minute. on the minute, for 18 minutes:

minute 1: 12 wallballs (20/14)

minute 2: 50 double unders

minute 3: 15 KB Swings (53/35)

 

If the reps become too much to complete over the course of a minute, please scale, but DO NOT skip rounds. Get done what you can.

We will be having an attendance raffle this month starting Monday 8-3!!!

 

Rules:

1) Show up at least 3 times a week

2) Post your results on the white board each day

3) Post one check-in or picture per week on social media and tag Crossfit Lifted

4) Verify with your coach, and collect a raffle ticket from Doug, Marilyn or Joey

 

The fourth week of the month ends on August 28th, and on August 31st we will draw a winner. Winners will have their choice of either one case of Killcliff, or an RX jump rope!!!
